Capitalizing on these macro-trends, rose research is using smartphone/texting technology to help our clients obtain real-time feedback – at POS. Using our innovative mobile technology (i.e. texting), we have developed a system that generates high opt-in rates when conducting surveys – while at the same time capturing re-contact information. After a brief survey is filled out via their mobile device, an in-depth follow-up questionnaire can be sent out within 24 hours gathering even greater diagnostic information. Unique reporting tools with the ability to display data in real-time by location helps keep our clients “proactive rather than reactive”. Utilizing some unique incentive structures (i.e. sweepstakes, instant gratification/coupons, etc.), we have been able to maintain a high opt-in rate for both the initial text, as well as follow-up surveys.
Moreover, this technology can be used to develop and/or supplement a proprietary panel of customers – a group of consumers who can be re-contacted from time-to-time to obtain additional feedback/data.
